2022 Department of Justice COPS Hiring Program Grant Funding Available

The United States Department of Justice has announced that it is now accepting grant applications for its Fiscal Year 2022 COPS Hiring Program (CHP). CHP is a competitive grant program designed to provide funding directly to law enforcement agencies to hire and/or rehire additional career law enforcement officers. The goal is to help communities increase funding for community policing and crime prevention efforts.
